Some of the main symptoms of hormonal imbalance in teenagers include insomnia, migraine, anxiety, depression, headaches, back pain, asthma, and emotional instability. It is important not to take any of these symptoms for granted. It is also important that parents should immediately investigate once their teenage children start exhibiting any of these symptoms. A doctor should be consulted and the proper measures should be taken so that any existing hormonal imbalance can be treated promptly in order to help the affected teenager lead a healthy and normal life.
